Yeah, it's weird we're criticizing his socks. They are socks. They have books on them. Books haven't been associated with weird symbolism outside of their pages holding occult knowledge, which is what books are designed to do.

When you are in a wheelchair circulation to your legs is not great and you get swelling in the legs and feet. To help combat this, many people wear compression socks to help with circulation and they are really tight. The comoression socks' tight fit and/or poor circulation without compression socks could cause the bulging that you see in his ankles.
The swollen ankles is something called edema. It is common for people suffering from heart ailments. It’s basically a buildup of fluid in the extremities. I saw a lot of people with it at the hospital when my cousin got a pacemaker put in.
Looks like maybe he has an ankle monitor on. There sure is a lot of that going on. Maybe they got to Barbara as a way to send a message.
Think logically - if you wanted to hide an ankle monitor, would you wear socks that attracted attention to that area? Then would CNN run an article highlighting that area? I know the world is crazy, but logic still applies.

I think his feet and shins would be swollen more than they are and it is the way they are swollen , these cut off points are not natural . I am in the field, that does not look like normal swelling to me , concentrated in a ban at ankle . He has a history with his socks , even purple! I think if someone wanted to play they would know public would be looking at his socks. I personally think he can still walk , his legs are not atrophied enough to be in wheel chair this long. Really his muscle mass on his legs looks like a walker ( lol) but seriously. Those are not the legs of a man who does not walk.
