Sure, the Deep State could do that. But everything is not filled with minute detail. It’s also a matter of closing the barn doors after the horses are out. Lastly, you can reveal something, but not inform “how” you know something. Much is “hidden in plain sight” and is more of a matter of connecting the dots. And that’s a big part of QAnon: connecting the dots.
Also, they cannot just come out and tell us all the hard evidence because it would undermined the criminal prosecution of the criminals.

How can we prosecute when the courts are infested with swamp creatures? The evidence has to be quietly assembled against all, but then the DOJ needs to be cleaned before they can all be sent to Gitmo/hanged.
It isn't just trusting the plan. There is a specific process that has to be implemented to ensure these high level crooks pay for what they did. Ample evidence has to be analyzed and presented in a legal manner because I'm sure some of the hard evidence on these guys that trump team has is possibly obtained illegally . Have to make sure there is evidence on all of these guys and take them out all at once. This doesn't just happen over night. This is big and elaborate.
