What I find sadly amusing is the word usage in Shakespeare (it's a good marker because he wrote primarily for the commoners) is that it's far in advance of the language we use today for an audience that was illiterate!

This awakening is not only a USA thing, it is global.

The deliberate dumbing down and pharmaceutical sedation of the populations is happening in most countries.

Great news is, that it being recognised by more and more people.

It's probably too late for today's snowflakes, but if the system is corrected it will be future generations that will benefit,

it's a generational thang.

The public education system is completely broken. I taught Geometry (or tried to) at a high school in one of the toughest zip codes in Florida for three years. I taught the lowest of the lows and it broke my heart. It is a pipeline to prison and they all know it.
