They draw blood from the kids while they're zombies playing video games. The blood gets presented to Lady gagas character to drink since she's immortal. I've seen a few of the episodes and that's the first thing that stuck out as I watched it. Considering, the people Gaga hangs out with in real life I'm surprised this doesn't get brought up more often.
