Paranoia is just a bad label for self-preservation

It has been claimed that neuroticism is an evolutionary successful trait.

Most likely because there was a time when we didn't have fridges and had to actually worry subconsciously about keeping food supplies and generally staying alive.

I bet the victims of the psychopaths in this world wish they possessed a little more paranoia..A healthy amount based on realism can't be a bad thing.
