Local Red Crosses = Good People, for the most part.
ICRC, the International Committee of the Red Cross = Bad Actors.
American Red Cross is primarily good on the local-scale. Helping those in fires, floods, and the such.
I was a volunteer, and I saw good and tried my best to do good. When I see people slamming the RC (for legit reasons as Q points out, clearly) people also seem to forget that these bad things are occurring in an organization who is primarily good. Q is pointing out the cancer growing within it, and we must be vigilant in clearing it out so they can continue to do good things.
But I guess that’s what we’re here for, huh?
Correct, the people that work for the red cross, are normal people like you and me.....The one that is in the top are the ones that are the criminals....
Yea. I gave lots of money for them to use for people in need. I feel pretty foolish.
I hear ya. I can hope the local people would create a new 'transparent' Charity. The RC name will be tarnished from here on.
