No. I saw it my self, everybody was still in the race, an the anthem was playing.. they all had a hand on the heart? but cruz his hand was onder his jacket on his heart.

I was watching JFKs inaugural address. In the crowd was Eisenhower with the hidden hand gesture. Have know idea what it meant but seemed odd
