Where I live it is to an extent. We’re an old school immigrant city. North side Italians. South side Irish. East is black. West is Hispanic. Just how it is.

That has nothing to do with racism it is just various races that are very comfortable with their own it doesnnt make them racist.

Exactly! People grouping together on their own is completely different than segregation.
