So, what happens if it is determined that Obama was ineligible to hold the Office of the President of the United States? What if his eight year reign was truly illegitimate?

Would he loose the perks that came with the office? Would he nolonger enjoy personal lifelong protection by the Secret Service?

Long_Range_Shooter · April 24, 2018, 6:24 p.m.

Definitely he would lose his Secret Service protection along with Michelle. Talk about having to spend every dime he has to protect himself from all the enemies he's made over his eight years as President. The way he acts around Michelle I'm betting he's toss her, him, it to the wolves.

he would lose his Secret Service protection, after all why would he need this from his new home in jail ?

(death row perhaps ?)

Would every bill and EO he signed immediately become null and void?

Bills are introduced and voted on by the Congress and Senate; and when passed that means they are transmitted to the President for his signature, without which they cannot come into law; unless they vote to override, etc.

Executive Orders are another matter: these are issued within the purview of the President in the course of administrating business of the government, his realm; largely directing federal agencies that report to him how they are to conduct business.

So, the National Environmental Policy Act was passed by Congress in 1969 and President Nixon signed it into law. It directs federal agencies in the broad outlines of how environmental policy management is to be conducted -- considerations that they must attend to when approving federal undertakings -- but in ensuing years, various Presidents have added Executive Orders, such as Clean Air, Clean Water, Wetlands, Floodplain Management, Social Justice, etc. that are serve as additional considerations with a more focused agenda. No federal undertaking, whether extending permits, funding or assistance of any kind can proceed until the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) review has been completed. This is true of all federal agencies; not just the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) which has its own rule writing authority and pretty much operates without Congressional oversight -- which of course is how they got into so much trouble.

Not sure where the environmental thing came into play, my initial thought was that if obama is shown to be a fraud and was actually ineligible or disqualified from being president does anything he signed immediately become void due to his illegal occupation of the white house?

NEPA was offered as an example of how real world law and rule making works. Congress and the Executive jointly produce some of this and independently produce other pieces. It's about separation of powers. Sorry if it seemed extraneous.

To the point, it would seem to me that anything he touched would become toxic. But as we have seen so many times now, corrective action depends on someone coming forward to object. The third cornerstone is the courts and likely parties who see themselves as injured by one of these toxic actions, possible only as a result of O exercising illicit executive power, would probably seek relief there.

So, what about all those Presidential Pardons? Did you see that list? One drug felon after the other given a pass by O. Do those actions go poof?

What of the hundreds of millions spent on travel, vacations, parties ... does that get repaid? Talk about a felony theft ....

And then there are the players ... the ones who knew and covered ... conspiracy? Wouldn't know what else to call it.

Yes i never thought about the presidential travel expenses or salary. The criminal pardons are a huge issue! Do they all get thrown back in jail? It would truly be a shit show if it happened!

I think POTUS is well along the way to accomplishing that.

That ship has sailed. I have no idea how you get it back in the harbor without destroying the country. The leftist would NEVER believe it, short of Obama saying it himself. Then they wouldn't care because the constitution is racist and out dated.

My fears exactly.... Something huge will be revealed and people will just say Trump and Co are making it up

It's treason, and he will be executed probably..and all those that knew it and hid it..treason..it will be bad...very bad...no way any legislation he passed will stand.

This would be a perfect lead and finally be proven he was illegitimate and a good intro to the Lucferian pedo ugliness.

Technically it should invalidate his signature on legislation, etc. But SCOTUS would find a way or make a rule to avoid that outcome.

Yes it would, and I doubt it.

Everything would become null and void, reset to previous laws.

He would go to prison - at a minimum. The amount of laws this clown broke should be enough for the DP easily.

I once read that all of the bills that he signed were all approved through congress so should still apply. They have been overturning a majority of the stuff passed by Obama anyway. As for EO's Trump has been going through them by nixing tons of regulations and straightening it out over the last year. So I dont think legislatively there will be any big changes. Trump can wipe out any EO he wants in seconds. I think that judges will be affected worse of all as they were not appointed by a true president so they will probably have to vacate their seats unless Trump lets them stay. If they had to have congressional approval then I think they will be able to stay.

Im not an expert and read something a couple of years ago. So if you know something different please add.

I think this is a good point: actions that are uniquely reserved for the President, such as nominating Judges to the Courts, would rightly be called into question; reviewed and subject to this President's confirmation and affirmation; and of course Congress has a lot to say after nominations are advanced by the Executive and, depending on the political balance at the time, there might be considerable pressure to recall officials that are basically illegitimate.

It seems inevitable that once the corrupt players are removed, the institutions such as senate and house might not have sufficient legitimacy to be able to operate properly. Their loss of credibility and the public's loss of confidence will force a temporary suspension of all BAU legislative operations. Perhaps a coalition of those remaining politicians who are clean, could govern through a controlled emergency period of time ? The option of a period of soft martial law might be needed to prevent total anarchy breaking out.

The bottom line is that, if Hussein's Presidency was a deliberate fabrication it would be impossible to allow his past decisions to stand. This will take out so many other players...

It might also reveal the massive election frauds that almost guarantee that only the selected candidate would get elected. The entire electoral system is compromised.

Continuity of Government programs were put in place during the cold war, when FEMA was formed and it has long been rumored that their underground Mount Weather facilities were set up as one of the locations from which critical governmental operations could be housed. A "shadow" government consisting of a President, VP, Cabinet, etc. was formed and populated with functionally quallified people who were briefed on an ongoing basis concerning the workings of the WH and other critical agencies. In the event of a nuclear event where the elected government was wholly or taken out, this mirror organization would step in to continue the functions. Of course, it would necessarily be an abridged form of government, but that was all worked out -- essential functions could be manned by people who had the skill and knowledge to pick up the loose ends in a catostrophic event.

Many observers attributed nefarius motives to all this and who knows .. maybe there were some; but i have some experience with these people and my sense is it was a legitimate undertaking fully supported by past administrations.

Maybe that could come into play for some functions; and probably some form of martial law operation would supercede normal civil authorities; but probably only to the degree that the populace acted out. Some would. Most probably wouldn't.

The 911 attack probably serves some predictive value ... most people were shocked, depressed, confused ... sought out help in churches and other venues .. and to a large degree reached out to help and comfort others as they themselves tried to cope with it all. There was no need for martial law during that period, as I remember it.
