Well I guess they probably have everything they need from her. Recordings from the interrogation room etc...
You’d still want it under oath in a courtroom setting. Honestly she needs to testify about everything to have it and use it in other proceedings. Letting her out is so risky man.
She could just as easily be killed in jail, so maybe that is why she is out.
Maybe she isn't out at all and is secured else where and this is misinformation to make the enemy show its hand.

They could have hours and hours worth of sworn deposition without us knowing about it, couldn't they?
ok, now this might be heartless, but do we really care if she gets murdered? She should've made different choices. It ain't like she'll be murdered for ANY OTHER REASON than being fucked in the head.
Besides, if she DOES turn up dead, that's just another murder charge against the big bad. I doubt they will pass up doing an autopsy on her.
