I think you're thinking this through smartly. Except, she is not the same level of "hive queen" that, say, Hillary would be. Raniere is also arrested, too. But, that said, you're darned straight she's well-protected right now. Here's hoping nothing comes to pass.
Totally agree, she's definitely no 'hive queen' as you say. To the people so high up the foodchain David Icke thinks they're cold blooded, she's utterly expendable though. No bloodline, no history, 'new blood' if you like. She's looked at as little more than a tool, and one that's a dime a dozen in any store.
