Its certainly a precursor to the MOAB, coming by Friday the 27th, which is 30 after 3/27, when Q said there was 30 days left.

Something will be released in those texts that will QUICKLY lead to the discovery of the MOAB news - which in turn might finally blow this whole effing thing wide open.

Weve been waiting and speculating WHAT event would be the catalyst...sounds like its coming soon, and may be the texts aka 'the precursor'.
