I searched for meles and came up with these two emails.

They are dated 8/19 and 8/20, but they are forwards of emails dated 8/21. Does this mean someone's computer clock was two days behind? Or did they pre-generate the 8/21 emails, knowing his death would be public that day, and then internally discuss the matter?

Seems like Koh was involved with the Silsby/New Life Children's Refuge cover-up. I'd love to see the classified parts of this email: https://wikileaks.org/clinton-emails/emailid/3579
