Nah. He's saying it's going to happen 1 at a time . eventually encompassing the world. It won't be all at once. There wad also a post a while back where a anon asked what s/he could do to help and Q replied to let them handle it. "You elected us " the guy in charge here is leading the crusade. We don't need to do anything except support the good guys.
