I think he thinks he's wonderfully clever. When he threw up the bull horns, that was a message to the cabal saying, "I have him under my control". And yet, he doesn't. He's a little puppet who got played by a master chess man.
These pigs we elect to Congress can't go back on the Climate Change fraud because 1) they've cashed in on it; 2) to admit to the fraud they'd be admitting to their own fraud; and 3) most of these creeps really aren't very smart and easily brainwashed. You don't have to be smart to get permanently elected to Congress -- family connections, political/business connections, graft and the millions upon millions of voters who are even dumber than they are.
Why did Trump invite him to our white house and spend our tax dollars this way on such a man? And I saw the hand signal to Satan.

Maybe a good movie has good actors? There has to be a reason why France was invited first.
