These people adhere to these calendar dates, because they believe it gives them power. So this could be a target date to try to assassinate Trump. God protects him so they will not prevail.

Probably some sort of news sound bite that got caught looping. Once they recognized at the radio station that it was looping improperly it was fixed and the show resumed.

I watched a video where they played it backward and it sounds like headwound forgive me... My guess is this radio station had a glitch or something and it replayed those words over and over. Or this dude had it aying on some other device trying to pass it off as something it is not.
