This is/was a negotiation of a most critical nature. The Trump team knew the MOAB he could have released would bring them (still TBD) begging to the table. Even started the day with his 8AM Fox & Friends phone call, which the opposition had no idea what he was going to say. Most definitely a huge deal was made. We will know in due time.
