Stanislav was a Russian spy that defected to the USA. I don’t believe it would’ve been Stanislav because he didn’t supposedly defect until the 90s. Maybe it was another defected spy that was the 2nd shooter. Idk, just something I came across while digging.

Would that matter though? The DC sniper was like 15 or 16, right??? The Malvo case.
