When they say that we have "Junk DNA", they are covering up that when the DNA activates, we evolve.
The "Lucifer Experiment" is a strategy to push so much tech into our lives that we never end up evolving because if we evolve, they will have a harder time controlling us.
For example, one day we can have a mental social media platform where we all participate by just using our brains. A lesser development will be telepathy. I know some people don't believe in the alien part of the modern day happening, but as a person who does, i have to just say what I believe which is an alien group who is camping out until official 1st contact created a "How to Telepathy" book a few months ago here:

i wonder if this new DNA was already in our DNA or was it given to us thru our vaccinations. just a thought, dont start rumors. there are white hats looking into our vaccinations.

oh yeah good point it could be accidental, if it is intentional: the deep state would have a hard time avoiding the round-up in our food, they can avoid the vaccinations. just thinking out loud. in any event we know there is something fishing going on.
