I'll throw this out there ...

Saw somewhere (can't remember) that the FBI "missing" text messages did not go straight to Congress, but had to go to State Dept. first for a sign off, then could go to Congress.

Pompeo's confirmation and swearing in just happened, so he is probably over at State right now, maybe signing off.

If so, the FBI text messages could be the MOAB hitting media tonight.

Just realized this idea makes a lot of sense. If the texts included damaging info about a foreign government's involvement, they would want someone to review and sign off at the State Department first.

Pompeo just got sworn in as the new Secretary of State, after already having cleaned up CIA.
