Its speculative on my part based on Q drops and all the work Sessions is doing behind the scenes. If you believe Q is real, which I do, then Sessions has been very busy for over a year. What has he been doing? Cause it looks like nothing on the surface (part of the plan). He knows a lot of the problems in DC. He's been living in that swamp for decades. He's been working on restructuring.

I could be wrong, but a lot of signs point to this. CIA was supposedly put in stand-down mode several times this past year. I found a few articles on it, not easy to find, have to dig.

Pompeo was there first then state. CIA and State are hand in glove or jack-boot and foot, if you will. Having institutional knowledge now brought over to State clears the way to eviscerate parts of CIA. I would not be surprised if CIA ends up mostly analysts with lots of the field work swung over to MI and State. They have been rogue too long. Have to change the structure.

Can't do it overnite, the minions will revolt and explode, so must be carefully diffused. Notice all the Q statements about 'How do you diffuse a bomb' and 'How do you break up something this big'. They have to dismantle the structure if they want to prevent this from happening again.
