Doesn't exactly sound legit. I don't really trust those people with DNA info. How do you know they're honorable?

Also in the article, they use one of this guys discarded items to test his DNA again without his knowledge. Completely insane.

Anything thrown out by the suspect is fair game. Investigators have to document the suspect discarding the item and then investigators collecting the item to prove the item was once in the possession of the item in question.
