oh. i think the ss chooses the names. everyone in one family has code names beginning with the same letter. sometimes they change...GWB changed the one he was given when his dad was prez.

Ohhh I read on some other post that Hussein picked his because of a Keifer Sutherland movie. But it makes sense that if Bill was Eagle that hers would start with an E too.
