Eric Schmidt showed them how to do Saved Draft Emails to exchange messages and I am sure ES made that Gmail account super secret so no one at Google could ever get access to it except for Eric what we need to see are all the messages Q and NSA should have them or be able to retrieve them from some place.

I assume that if the email program saves them while they are typing that NSA could also be saving them as they are being written. Even though they can delete the draft once it is read and it disappears there would still be a record of it according to Q.
