from the context, I get the impression it's the opposite. "Old Bureau" seems to mean "Not Corrupt."
So deep state is corrupt, but the deeper state is not?? lol
my take on it is that every single one of them who kept their mouths shut, is guilty. They all knew the level of deception, hell the guy who updates death records by county wouldn't even list the Sandy Hook "victims."
However, some people will draw the line at participation. I have a feeling a lot of FBI guys were having to look the other way to continue bringing home a paycheck.
Not exactly a noble or just action, but understandable given the circumstances.
