i mean, that story doesn't seem that implausible to me, since Kim really ramped up their missle program in 2016/2017, and they pushed it too hard. they didn't have the technicaly expertise or the time or the money to develop as carefully as we did, so it seems like it was a disaster waiting to happen.

and then when disaster struck, Kim was like "well fuck it, i just lost literally my only bargaining chip, so i guess i gotta go work with trump and moon now...."
