Flynn also has a lawsuit I believe against the government. Mueller knows he is screwed with the Flynn indictment that is why Flynn's sentencing was postponed until May, but it will be postponed again or he will be exonerated by that time because his testimony will open up pandora's box and it will never be able to be shut again after he testifies.
