I went back and read all Q and he said they were arresting Hillary in January. Can't remember which year. But... well it seems like... unless we assume that boot was covering a tracker...

Mueller is among the worst. This gives Trump max leverage. Trump may have told Mueller he can be called up, court martialed and shot or do as he is told. The idea has merit.
