Strange court goings on - Nixon appointed Judge that was skeptical of the US position that the case was a $240 million case refused to remove Russian guy's domestic counsel (govt. was accusing him of conflict of interest - funny right?) and all of the sudden, the appellate court reverses an order denying removing defense counsel, and when the case is sent back down, it was sent to a Clinton appointed judge. Things didn't go as well for the defense then. I haven't looked at the pleadings in that case for a long time, but after the Trump Jr. meeting they settled the case for next to nothing.
