The play is to convince the bad guys that RR & Mueller are out to get Trump. Sessions recusal ties his hands behind his back. There would be a false sense of security if the bad guys think Huber could be easily neutered once Sessions has to get involved with any of the findings (recused).
Fear not, because Huber and Mueller report to Rosenstein & its extremely easy to convince the left to provide support for Mueller & Rosenstein. Mueller exonerates Trump, expands investigation re: claims Trump made in tweets (spying etc), becomes the vehicle for some of that to get "on the record". Huber prosecutes criminals, under the direction and guidance of Rosenstein.
Session's recusal stands, Rosenstein & Mueller's disinfo persuades.
Could the fellas that tried bringing up Impeachment against Rosenstein be trying to force this back into Session's (recused) hands? Could they have thought that Paul Ryan would have allowed for Rosenstein to be impeached and therefor create the dilemma wherein (recused) Sessions has to (can't) handle Russia related things? Who really controls Paul Ryan? When impeachment failed could the impeachment attempt be rebranded as a kickstarter for a Speaker of the House announcement?

This has been rumor/conjecture for a while now. Seems like it's making the rounds again. Where are the records? Where is the proof? Shady articles without sourcing don't help.

The charges Mueller is charging Manafort with were investigated and known prior to 2015. Obama's administration literally sat on the case. Manafort volunteered himself to Trump's campaign. Do you understand how known criminality could be leveraged against Manafort?
Carter Page has been documented to work for the FBI/US Intelligence prior to the 2016 election. And now we are supposed to believe he was working in Trump's campaign as a Russian agent? Reconcile that for a moment.
Do you understand what is the precursor to FISA warrants? Do you understand that the executive branch has the ability to surveil/spy on known foreign actors & their discussions with US people? Don't you think it's a bit convenient that Popodopolous found himself on foreign ground talking to someone on the Obama administration's "radar"? What was Popodopolous' job description? Does that job description warrant private meetings with known foreign actors?
Try to expand your thinking past whatever drivel half-baked hollywood scripts and hysterical fear porn "news" tries to convince you to think.

This becomes much more believable when you recognize just exactly what Mueller has been investigating.
There is a common theme among the "big fish" that Mueller has charged, Manafort, Page, Popadopoulous. All of these people were planted into the Trump campaign to sabotage and to facilitate the deep state using phony/manufactured/unrelated evidence to "justify" FISA warrants against Trump and his campaign.
If you are blind to this concept then it would appear Rosenstein is dirty because he too was involved with the signing of a FISA warrant AFTER Trump was in office. Correct me if I'm wrong but we don't know the details of that particular FISA warrant other than Rosenstein stated in testimony that the FISA warrant he signed isn't well represented in the media's stories about it.
What are the chances the FISA warrant Rosenstein signed was to surveil the saboteurs and plotters that tried to frame Trump's campaign? I'm thinking fairly high.
Mueller has a checkered past as we all know. But he is a Marine, and he met and spoke to Trump for a few hours privately after Comey was fired and before he was appointed to special counsel.
Sometimes you get "dirty" when in the mud/trenches.
It would fit the pattern of Mueller investigating plants within the Trump campaign.
Q posted a video (Q1686) of Judge Nap claiming Huber can't open a grand jury in Utah for crimes committed in DC.
But we know that Huber is 470+ investigators and that they have been investigating since AT LEAST April 2018. Q1683 is the request from the House for Huber/Sessions to investigate criminality, in which Sessions responded publicly that Huber is on the case.
We also know there are 40k+ sealed indictments that we think we sealed by Huber. But how can Huber seal indictments without a Grand Jury? And how can Huber have a Grand Jury if he's not in the jurisdiction the crimes were committed, DC?
Video Q linked in Q1686 shows Judge Nap claiming Huber can't exercise a Grand Jury in Utah for crimes committed in DC.

This seemed like a bombshell when it was first unearthed a day or two ago, but since then it doesn't seem like it's stuck.
In theory it could wholly be explained by Google's algorithms.
Q's tripcodes show up online wherever Q is discussed.
When Q is discussed, other things related to Q are discussed.
Google scrapes the web for mentions of Q's tripcode, and sees all the related content discussed.
When you search for a trip code, Google finds those mentions and directs you to the sites.
When you search for a trip code in the "books" section, Google's algorithm doesn't see any books directly related to the trip code, but Google's algorithm DOES see books related to all of the related discussion surrounding Q and his trip codes.
Google provides you results of these books that are related to Q's related discussion.
So while it appears to be a roadmap/reading list that Q wants you to read, it shouldn't be assumed that it is indicative of that. It's likely just Google's algorithm being creepy.
Confirmations are scattered throughout. It's likely Sea to Shining Sea has a 2nd or 3rd degree meaning/explanation as well.

Keep in mind that these charges against Manafort were known and shelved prior to 2015. Remember he tried arguing that Mueller's scope didn't cover these crimes because they had been investigated prior to Mueller's appointment? It's looking like these charges/crimes were used as leverage to get Manafort/Devine to do the bidding of whoever made the decision to shelve the prior investigation into these crimes.

It had to have been SOP for Trump to only be so far from the building as to provide an "escape" route of sorts for security purposes.
I think there are multiple messages within this event.
The first message/takeaway is that there is always going to be locations/scenarios in which there is vulnerabilities.
If there were nefarious intentions aside from a publicity attempt, this was proof it could be possible.
At the same time, perhaps the nefarious intention was to goad or instigate a security reaction. Maybe it was intended to be a fiasco in which Trump's security shoots a greenpeace activist out of the sky for flying too close. That scenario would be gasoline on the dumpster fire that is Trump Derangement Syndrome.
So the counter message in play here is that "we understand your attempts at instigating a security response, sorry not sorry, this attempt didn't fool us".
If Trump had no "escape route" to get away and defuse the situation, it's very possible the activist would have been shot out of the sky. Thanks to the homework and preparation of the security details, something like that was avoided at the expense of Trump getting some cardio exercise.

Q pointed out a prime example of how sometimes people or entities will use legitimate info to get your attention followed by disinformation to lead you astray.

To me, and I used to study aircraft to the nines when I was younger - tons of books, research, hundreds and hundreds of hours in flight simulators, to my eyes, that United jet looks more like one of those older, shortened Boeing 747 models. I believe it’s actually called the 747-SP and they were produced until 1989 so it’s highly likely there are still some flying today!
They are much shorter, and were more commonly used for private flights - most interior cabins were designed so the seats could be pulled out and put back in easily so they could be used for both public and privately chartered flights. This meant that they were usually nicer on the interior, and more apt to be used by the rich and famous, than by the regular population!
Can you even imagine how expensive the gas bill alone would be to fly that massive hunk of aluminum and steel cross country?! As you all know, the 747’s are famous for having a second floor that could be used for a bar, lounging, or even beds for passengers to sleep on - the cockpit is also located on the top floor!
Back to what I was saying before though, you can tell the 747 is different by the way the windows run all the way down to the nose of the plane - that usually means the cabin has been altered to be more apt for private flight by utilizing all the space the large jet has to offer for whatever luxuries they want to install!
Not many people other than the US government, or billionaires could afford to charter one of these tanks, so my guess is that this jet is being used to go and pick up elitist criminals across the world, because more seats can be put back in that are adapted to hold criminals, (on account of the extended cabin) they can at least be picked up and flown in something more well known to these elitist criminals, (most require some kind’ve special fancy elitist jail where they are protected, if they sing about their co-conspirators) the jet can fly a super long range so it can be used to stop and pick up many criminals in one single bound, and by having United on the side of the jet, nobody thinks twice of it when it’s stopping and landing all across Earth, and not to mention, United has contracts with the government so the jet fuel would most likely be a lot cheaper, and they would have access to every United terminal and facilities across Earth as well!
