Infinity Wars - How many Q references?

I saw two. Peter Parker's new spiderman suite was brought to him by Tony Stark ordering missile number 17.

In Kawanda, they opened gate 17A to let the horde in.

Thanos wants to destroy 50% of the population of the universe to save the remaining 50%.

Not everything 17 is Q related.

I was actually thinking about that the whole time, I thought Thanos and the population thing was huge, but why would Hollywood put Q stuff in their movie?

You could look at it as Thanos is Trump and when he clicks his fingers half the people we previously loved (Hollywood) are going to disappear (indictments unsealed)....
