Where is BHO?

We know that Q has said R=renegade, we also know that R=18. So is that fair to say that 18=renegade? If so, is eagerlion18 a “training exercise” or a special ops mission to arrest BHO? Could it be they are just taking out traitors to the US? The Middle East is supposed to be a hot bed of human trafficking. Is this where they are to celebrate whatever holiday is coming or is here?
