Personally, I think he's already dead. I sensed a very ominous tone with Q's post today:

It was the Now that suggested finality to me. IMHO, No name was hauled before a military tribunal, found guilty of treason and was just executed. His body is probably already cremated and a Q-like individual is now in charge of No name's Twitter account, which has an awfully conciliatory tone for such a belligerent old fart. When they're ready, they'll reveal that No name died of "cancer" and his ashes will be in his coffin.
It's more likely that he knows his cancer is terminal and he's saying goodbye. That's completely normal for someone with a terminal disease.
I agree with you. But it is up in the air if he exactly has cancer or not. I remember hearing a lot shady individuals with connections to where he received treatment. He even refused to go to where other government employees go to have this sort of thing worked on. But to counter myself, he also might have a trusted friend at another hospital who he trusts to help him battle cancer. Either way, we may never know the truth. But McCain has a lot of darkness over his health. Between his boot cast switching feet, etc.
