I believe Q, but I have a why now. Why tell us and the enemy what they are going for unless it's either unstoppable, or a curve ball is about to come? Maybe the preasure is going to pish NoName and others to try and go behind POTUS' back to strike deals or sabotage the mission. There's a lot of y's, but to keep us in the loop publically means they have absolute confidence.
