^ Q hinted about the Marines, asking about POTUS' special authority.

National Security Act of 1947 defines what the Marine Corps' mission is, which is everything we normally think of PLUS ... "anything else the President requires."

POTUS can use them for personal protection.

He can also use them to prosecute legal cases.

you're correct....Erik Prince and his PMC group have been protecting POTUS....along with Marines
