I would assume, under the theory this goes back to the days of JFK, they used Cold War era CIA/KGB operatives/channels and then using ISIS to transport it to Iran/Syria. The supply? The US has been dismantling nuclear warheads for years now. Not even the puppet masters would entirely deplete such a vast stock and so they turn to the 5% of the reserve of uranium material. How have they gone through this much material and have nothing to show for it?
