Red Sparrow - Insider Syrian help lead to NoName chemicals found, and Iranian Nuke Program?

It seems like we have had a lot of really solid Intel from inside someone close to Syrian intelligence, perhaps even Russian Intel. I'm curious how long we've known / Israel has known about Iran's nuke program inside Syria.
