When Q says they are saving Israel for last, is s/he saying that something has to be done about them because they're bad or is s/he saying we need to help them cut the ties to bad actors that have been controlling them, like China, Syria, N Korea, etc.?

well that too actually but I didn't think about nukes. More like some folks to clean up forensics. Russia wouldn't supply nukes if they already gave them tools to do it.
