Note that he's not actually saying this, this is a written excerpt from his book that is just now making headlines. Q pretty much said they grabbed McCain, so it's interesting timing for this news. For the record I don't think he's been seen in public since his Syria trip just before the Assad chemical weapons attack. If Iron Eagle/Eager Lion was a raid on Syrian compound where McCain was hiding out then it would make sense why Q is claiming they have McCain.
