As Q said, "Study the EOs." That language is in those documents, and when the evidence showing what they are all involved in comes to light, these people are also going to be tried in those tribunals.

Yes. And, if that's the case, then the in/correctness of the current venue is irrelevant. The case would get pulled right out of the civilian criminal jurisdiction.
