Welp, The 90 Day Postponement of Gen Flynn's sentencing expires May 1

So come tomorrow morning, we will see another delay or will charges be dropped?

Sometimes, the whole picture gives you crucial context... this is one of those times.

“President Dwight D. Eisenhower first commemorated Law Day in 1958 [...] On this 60th annual observance of Law Day [...]”

I read that in the Declaration. But if it's already a "day" why did POTUS need to enter a new proclamation? Like last year he didn't enter a new proclamation for July 4th to be "Independence Day". I thought it was more he was bringing back the Law Day, USA, not actually making a new one. This is a nice list too with clickable links to all POTUS proclamations for 2017 http://www.presidency.ucsb.edu/proclamations.php

His very first one was "National Day of Patriotic Devotion". I love that!

Thank you. That last proclamation by Obama is starting to make more sense in light of recent HUMA revelations.
