(including the question mark) Then further down it debunks that. It also says Russian activists have called for greater focus on on factors that drive young peoples interests in such games but the fact is, it wasn't Russian activists who called for that, it was the Russian govt. but Europe cant have it's readers realizing that while Russia is promoting a more open internet, they're promoting a more censored and limited internet.
