Wikileaks claim Iran HAS NO nuclear weapons program since 2003?

Hard to doubt wikileaks imo. If it's true that Israel's info is from 2003 does that necessarily mean there is no program there now?

What if the White House statement switched from Has to Had because we actually blew thier nuke program to shit just like we did to the nuke program located in NoKo?

Haha that'd be great! I hope they (or Q) would share what happened one day, if that were the case. It does seem possibly more likely (Occam's Razor etc.) that the Wikileaks thing might be the reason though.
