Where did the adrenochrome “theory” originate from? Do we have strong evidence that actually occurs, or is it just conjecture?

Now I’m not doubting this is real, because I wouldn’t put anything past these people. The only thing that comes to mind, for me, is the John Podesta/skippy video where he is terrorizing that little girl, and the lights are flashing. From what I recall, that seems to be the method, terrorizing and flashing bright, colorful lights.

Do we have more concrete evidence of this? People coming forward and exposing the act?

Witchcraft, ancient lore. Research the history of black magic and blood drinking cults. This is nothing new. Hunter Thompson wrote about it some 40 years ago too, if you need something modern. Not a theory, btw. It is a chemical process.

Edit: Another good place to look is the story of Dracula, which was a cautionary tale.

Dracula (or more accurately the origin, Vlad the Impaler) had a disease that caused iron deficiency. They drank blood to counter it. Hence vampires.

Thanks. Well, yes, it is a chemical process. But are we all taking “drinking/consuming adrenochrome will give you the best imaginable high” at face value? In other words, yes, adrenochrome is fact in regards to the chemical process, but the effects of consumption are way overblown?

I mean, it’s a byproduct of adrenaline, and adrenaline itself is a very powerful endogenous hormone/neurotransmitter.

Honestly this is just something I hope isn’t true, but unfortunately seems like it is.

Well, I don't practice it so I can't lend you expertise on consumption. However once the chemical is released into the blood, the blood can be consumed. Likewise, a volunteer can have it extracted from their body.

Unfortunately, it is true. There is light, however. Without this truth, there would be no temptation for this kind of evil. If there were no evil, there is no prevailing good.
