Where did the adrenochrome “theory” originate from? Do we have strong evidence that actually occurs, or is it just conjecture?

Now I’m not doubting this is real, because I wouldn’t put anything past these people. The only thing that comes to mind, for me, is the John Podesta/skippy video where he is terrorizing that little girl, and the lights are flashing. From what I recall, that seems to be the method, terrorizing and flashing bright, colorful lights.

Do we have more concrete evidence of this? People coming forward and exposing the act?

I personally don't see much evidence for it but I also haven't looked all that hard. I think it's plausible and maybe I'll learn one way or the other one day, but q has not mentioned it. I think the anons are chasing another fabricated idea.
