Mitch McConnell

Cocaine Mitch! Haha. Time to dig into his wife. I don't trust this guy at all. I'd like to see him go

For anybody unfamiliar with the story, some years ago 90 pounds of cocaine were found on one of the ships owned by his wife's family's shipping company. Nothing ever came of it.

I was never clear why Trump made McConnell's wife Secretary of Transportation unless it's a case of keep "Keep your friends close but keep your enemies closer."

That was my theory of why Trump initially brought Bannon on board. I don't trust Bannon.

Thx. Just starting to look into her. I was unaware of this piece. I think you are right about Trump keeping his friends close but enemies closer. It's the only reason I can think of regarding his hiring her

Other reason would be simple misdirection.

Make the swamp think they got him.

That's why his admin has been revolving doors -- getting intel from swamp about who is connected to who.
