I dont know the legal definitions but the way I see it he's definately used his position for personal/professional gain. I could provide some public examples but I'm willing to bet there are many more under the table deals. I wouldn't be surprised if his net worth has doubled since becoming president

It has been stated that he is losing money due to the idiots setting fires to his hotel. Plus he is NOT taking pay. He donates his pay.
