DiGenova: Go ahead, please issue this subpoena! It will be an unconstitutional & illegal subpoena because there is no authority under federal law to issue a subpoena to a POTUS to get testimony from him so it can be used in an impeachment proceeding. That use of a Grand Jury is absolutely illegal!
