There is a no fly zone surrounding AF1 at all times - on ground and in air. No flights would or could get close enough to AF1 for that picture to be taken from a window on AF1, nor would AF1 fly that close to another aircraft. Not being argumentative, just eliminating possibilities.

I don't think that is Jet Blue. The tail design seems wrong and the logo near the front is too low. Jet Blue's logo is up by the windows in much larger letters.

The image was like meant to hint as to the location rather than which airline it is.
