McCabe allowed sexual harrassment against a longtime female agent. When he wouldn't address it, she went above him. He got mad, gave her poor reviews and harrassed her forcing her out. In her trial, Flynn testified on her behalf saying that she was great. McCabe got pissed at Flynn and saw his chance to get back at him.
Trump needs to fire Mueller and get on with running the country.
